For another restrictive law, look at cell phones

Speaking of legislating safer driving, as we were yesterday, how about those cell phones, Ohio lawmakers?

I would be among last to propose that Ohio needs more restrictive laws since there are so many of them already, but there can be no doubt that driving and cell-phoning and/or (gasp) text messaging is like playing Russian roulette with the lives of everyone in the vicinity.

So next time the Ohio legislators want to feel good about themselves and save everyone from themselves, they really need to outlaw people who try to drive and read, or talk on the the telephone, or use computers.

Oh. And apply makeup or fluff their hair.
