What is the big problem about running the complainant - and every complainant in a he-said-she-said accusation - through the lie detector? And do it before there is a charge put on public record?
Think about it. Any man and every man is a sitting duck as long as accusers have nothing to lose.
Stare's yet-to-be-proved guilt or innocence aside, to me, the law seems very tilted, and it's time to make adjustments.
