Before you vote McCain, read the New York Times

Now it's Ohio's turn to get Clinton and McCain jammed down its throat, media-wise. Neither are worth the harangue.

Both are Senate leaders who have done nothing to repair America from the mess it's in. Nor are they now proposing anything of promise. Either of them in the Presidency is another four odious years.

The New York Times last night published John McCain's score sheet as a competent, ethical U.S. Senator, and every voter should read it. McCain - ever the power-player - tried to get the NYT editor to spike it, which is even more reason for everyone to read it.

McCain and Clinton have both danced along the line of unethical, if not criminal, behavior for as long as they've been in (my) public view.

Maybe the NYT article can boost Huckabee to a McCain challenge, but I doubt it. Not even the good sense of a fly-over state can fix what Good Ol' Boy party politics has wrought. But a Huckabee-Obama match-up would give Americans a better chance at fixing, somewhat, the disasters created by Mr. Bush.

Don't forget, I declared Obama the winner December 14, just after Oprah anointed him.
