Yesterday, Frank Stare announced his candidacy for city Council-At-Large. Today the local Gannett paper ran the story. The web-site version summarized in four paragraphs Frank's 30-year political history. The next six paragraphs were devoted to Frank's DUI arrest six and one-half years ago. One of those paragraphs allowed the county Republican party chairman to call Frank "an embarrassment to the city."
